This place was a well-suited match for a short stayover in Paris with good value for price. The staff provided us umbrellas when it rained, which was really helpful. Be sure to ask for late check-out if needed.

Amazing staff saved the day

Walid came to our rescue when our padlock got stuck, displaying amazing resourcefulness and patience. Our stay was truly enhanced by his exceptional service!

The lobby felt cramped and there wasn't a private outdoor space, which was a disappointment when we wanted to relax outside.

I booked for the wrong night, and the hotel refused to help me change my reservation. Instead, they charged me for three nights despite my mistake. While I understand their policy, I felt their service lacked empathy, making it a disappointing experience for me.

Well-maintained rooms, especially for a family stay, provide pragmatic and clean spaces. Located within walking distance of key attractions, making it easier to explore local cafes and bars.

Room size feels cramped, lacking adequate space to maneuver things like wardrobe doors or effectively hang coats upon entry. Bathrooms would benefit from more amenities, like liquid soap at the sink and shower, as well as a towel mat to step on after getting out of the shower. The absence of additional vegetables at breakfast feels like a missed opportunity for a more balanced meal.

I loved staying here because it was just a few steps from the Opéra Garnier, and it made visiting the nearby Louvre a breeze. plus, the staff were super friendly and helped me find great spots to eat nearby.

The duplex layout is impractical for families!!! Only one toilet for larger groups is a recipe for disaster!!! Stairs can be dangerous for those with babies or limited mobility!!!

We had a fantastic stay, the location was perfect for sightseeing and local events. Our room was surprisingly quiet, giving us a great night's sleep. We loved the luggage storage service, which made our arrival...  

I had a lovely stay at Daunou Opera with my family. The staff greeted us warmly and quickly upgraded our room since we arrived early. It felt extra special to have a larger space ready for us. The location couldn't be better. walking to shops and restaurants was so convenient. The room itself was clean and spacious for a Paris hotel, which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. However, there were some issues. The toiletries provided were just squeeze bottles fixed to the wall, which wasn’t very luxurious for the price. The international TV channels didn't work well, which was disappointing during our downtime. The bathroom also felt a bit outdated and lacked a grab bar in the tub, making it slippery. All in all, a pleasant experience, but some small improvements in amenities would elevate the stay.

I felt incredibly welcomed with attentive service that made my stay delightful. The location was unbeatable, just a stroll away from famous sights! Plus, my room was a stylish retreat, sparkling clean and filled with comfy pillows—a perfect end to any...  

Nice hotel near the Opera with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Our room was small and the bathroom needed updates. Good breakfast options and easy to explore nearby attractions.

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable rooms. The staff previously helped me find transport, which was a memorable experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay. I'm returning for a holiday!...
